On this gorgeous Labor Day weekend Hall and I took Frank to the beach to enjoy the water before it got too crowded. We took him down to Dam Neck on the navy base where there aren't many people anyway and they'll let dogs run off the leash. We love taking him there on the weekends. Frank loves it too. Today was perfect, 78 degrees outside, warm water, and dolphins everywhere! Bait fish we swimming close to shore so Hall and I saw tons of dolphin surfing in the waves, jumping out of the water, and surfacing for air. It was a great way to start off the morning.
When were quite a ways down to beach we saw our friends who have three Vizsla's. It's so nice to see other Vizsla owners in the area. They have three gorgeous dogs; Jack- 9, Jeanie -4, and Polito -1. Towards the end of all of them playing Hagrid, the Great Dane, came out to play too (I think that is the best name I have ever heard of for a Great Dane...Hagrid from Harry Potter!)
